Six weekly sessions, in which you will discover how to identify and use your personal strengths and values to solve current problems, set and achieve goals, and develop confidence and resilience to overcome challenges.

It's often hard to achieve goals, because there's nobody hoIding you accountable. In GOAL TRAC, I'll help you identify specific goals to be achieved within three, four or six months. (You set the timeframe, according to the goal itself.) We 'meet' weekly for the first month, then twice in the second month, and then once per month thereafter. During our sessions we'll work together to review your progress, overcome barriers to success, and keep you focused till the finish line.
Designed for work teams, community, sports and social groups, this programme combines understanding of personal perceptions, communication styles, emotional intelligence resilience and stress management.
